Due to the large-size, commercial-use, and customized nature of many of our products, returns and warranty claims are subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Policy
Return Eligibility
TKL Industrial accepts returns under the following conditions:

- Used, installed, customized, damaged, or modified products may not qualify for return or refund approval.

3. Oxford Fabric & Inflatable Product Disclaimer
Many TKL Industrial inflatable products are manufactured using commercial Oxford fabric, PVC, or coated textile materials.
To maximize product lifespan, customers should avoid prolonged exposure to:
- Heavy rain
- Snow accumulation
- Strong wind conditions
- Sharp objects
- Excessive heat
- Extreme cold
- Hail conditions
- Chemical exposure
- Improper grounding or unstable installation environments
Environmental conditions may significantly impact inflatable product durability and lifespan. Similar limitations are commonly stated within inflatable industry warranty policies.
4. Shipping Damage Claims
Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
If visible shipping damage exists:
- Take clear photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping labels
- Damaged areas
- Internal product damage
- Notify the delivery carrier when possible.
- Contact TKL Industrial within 3 business days of delivery.
Shipping damage claims submitted after this period may not qualify for carrier reimbursement or claim support.
